Precision Filters, Inc. Policy Statement on Compliance with U.S. Export Control and Sanctions Laws

Precision Filters is committed to full compliance with all export controls of the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in the conduct of our business. These laws regulate exports of our products, software, and technology, and our business with countries, entities, and individuals that are subject to embargoes or sanctions.

It is Precision Filters’ policy that all employees comply, without exception, with the United States export policies and regulations as defined in the Precision Filters’ Export Compliance Program Manual. It is extremely important that all of us conduct the Company’s business in accordance with these laws. No employee shall take actions intended to evade these laws.
