Precision Filters, Inc. announces expansion of the Precision 28000 Signal Conditioning System product line. In addition to the 28016 16-slot mainframe, PFI now offers the 28008 8-slot mainframe and the 28004 4-slot mainframe.
The midsize 28008 8-slot mainframe accommodates up to four conditioning cards providing a mainframe for a lower channel count configuration than the 28016 mainframe. The compact 28004 4-slot mainframe accommodates up to four conditioning cards providing a frame where size and/or portability is important.
All three mainframes feature integral cooling and system temperature monitoring. An audible alarm is sounded if the internal chassis temperature exceeds factory limits or if a cooling fan operates out of specifications. The mainframes are equipped with test and monitor analog busses that allow the user to insert test signals to any conditioner input and monitor any conditioner output without disconnecting any signal cables.
All three mainframes accommodate the expanding 28000 family of transducer conditioning cards.
